Check out TomBobBlender's videos. He arranges old video game music on Mario Paint (not the Mario Paint Composer program, which has a bit more features than the original Mario Paint on SNES).
My favorite is Mega Man 2: Wily Stage 1, but there are plenty of other good ones.
